IUPUI holiday and winter break hours

The end of the fall semester is Sunday, Dec. 17, and hours across campus offices will be adjusted during the holidays and winter break. IUPUI offices will be closed Dec. 25 to Jan. 1. Classes resume for the spring semester on Jan. 8.

Campus Center

The Campus Center will be closed Dec. 25 through Jan. 1. The building will reopen Jan. 2.

IUPUI Dining

Tower Dining will close at 4 p.m. Dec. 17.

Pizza Hut, Simply Puur, Einstein Bros. and Chancellor’s

  • Dec. 16 to Jan. 7: Closed

Chick-fil-A and Panda Express

  • Dec. 16 and 17: Closed
  • Dec. 18 to 22: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Dec. 23 to Jan. 1: Closed
  • Jan. 2 to 5: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Caribou Coffee

  • Dec. 18 to 22: 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Dec. 23 to Jan. 1: Closed
  • Jan. 2 to Jan. 5: 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

IUPUI Café

  • Dec. 16 and 17: Noon to 5 p.m.
  • Dec. 18 to Jan. 7: Closed

The Market

  • Dec. 18 to 22: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Dec. 23 to Jan. 1: Closed
  • Jan. 2 to 5: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Paws’ Pantry

  • Dec. 11 to Jan. 8: Closed

If you are looking for food resources during this time, many community options are available.

University Library

  • Dec. 18 to 22: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Dec. 23 to Jan. 1: Closed
  • Jan. 2 to 5: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Jan. 6 and 7: Closed

Regular hours resume Jan. 8.

Parking and Transportation Services Office

  • Dec. 20: Closed 12:30 to 5 p.m.
  • Dec. 21: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Dec. 22: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Dec. 25 to Jan. 1: Closed

Beginning Dec. 18, permit holders will have additional parking options during winter break.

JagLine

Dec. 23 to Jan. 1: No JagLine shuttle service.

Housing and Residence Life

Ball Hall, University Tower and North hall will close for winter break. During this time, residents are not required to remove belongings, but they will not be able to re-enter the residence hall until move-in begins at 8 a.m. Jan. 6.

Riverwalk and Shared Suite residents may stay during winter break. Community offices for all facilities will be closed, so packages and deliveries will not be received during this time.

Campus Health

  • Dec. 18 to Dec. 20: 7:30 a.m. to noon, 12:45 to 5 p.m.
  • Dec. 21: 9 a.m. to noon, 12:45 to 5 p.m.
  • Dec. 22: 8 a.m. to noon
  • Dec. 23 to Jan. 1: Closed

Campus Health, now located at Lockefield Village, offers rapid COVID-19 testing. Vending machines with free at-home tests are available at the Campus Center and University Library. Testing can also be done at IU Health Urgent Care on West Michigan St. or CVS and Walgreens at 16th St. and Meridian St.

Campus Center Information Desk

During closings, phone calls will route to the UITS Contact Center for an answering service.
