Proposals due for IU Online Conference

The ninth IU Online Conference, “A United Path Forward,” will take place Oct. 30. Proposals are due by July 2.

This year’s conference will have a condensed one-day format with a focus on forward-looking pedagogies and perspectives that support academic excellence in online programs.

IU faculty, staff and students are invited to submit proposals. Especially welcome are presentations that address the following topics:

  • Stories of inter-campus collaboration related to online programs or adjacent research productivity.
  • Innovations in online course design related to collaboration with Quality Matters, eLearning Design and Services, Teaching and Learning Centers, or other similar engagement.
  • Innovations in online course design related to integration of generative AI.
  • Innovations in online course design related to eight-week online modality.
  • Innovations in the use of badging or microcredentialing in online programs.
  • Innovations in co-curricular programming for or inclusive of online students.
