It’s time for spring break! There will be no classes March 16 to 23. During that time, some IU Indianapolis facilities will close or adjust their hours.
Campus Center
The Campus Center will close at 7 p.m. March 14 and will reopen with reduced hours, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. March 17 to 21. The building will be closed March 22 and 23 and regular semester hours will resume March 24.
IU Indianapolis Dining
Tower Dining will close at 8 p.m. March 14 and will reopen with normal semester hours March 23.
Dining options in the Campus Center will be open, but with reduced hours:
- Chick-fil-A and Panda Express from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- The Market at Campus Center from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Caribou Coffee from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
All other dining locations on campus, including Tea’s Me Cafe, will be closed.
Housing and Residence Life
All residence halls will be open during spring break but community desks, including the main housing office, will be closed.
Parking and Transportation Services
IU Indianapolis permit holders will have additional parking permissions during spring break.
The JagLine will operate with its normal routes and schedules.
UITS
In-person support at Campus Center 205 will be available during reduced hours:
- Closed March 15 and 16.
- 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. March 17 to 21.
- Closed March 22 and 23.
Phone, email and chat support are available 24/7. During closings, phone calls will route to the UITS Contact Center for an answering service.
